Wanda Dansereau
Bio
Wanda's artistic
skill and passion have earned her numerous awards. Two of her
most cherished honors include her permanent collection on display
in the Cowboy Hall of Fame, and the Governor's award for excellence
in the arts, 1988, State of New Mexico.
Wanda works
primarily with oil, watercolor, acrylic, pen & ink and pencil.
She is a polished sculptor and has sold out 26 bronze editions.
Wanda has taught, lectured and demonstrated art for decades, appearing
on television talk shows and PBS fund raisers. She traveled for
four years "painting America" on behalf of a motor home
manufacturer, promoting the arts along with the sponsor's product.
Wanda enjoyed a 26 week PBS television workshop series featuring
her style of painting.
Wanda's name
is well known amongst the art community, given the length, breadth
and depth of her career and all her endeavors.
